An emblematic piece of the collection, Le Poulet revisits an icon of French food to make it a contemporary sculpture intended for exceptional tables. With its generous volume and noble finish, it becomes a real scenographic tool: a strong presence, capable of anchoring a decor or structuring a table.
Entirely handmade in our workshops in the south of Paris, it is the result of demanding craftsmanship: artistic modeling, casting, gilding with 24 carat gold leaf.
A limited edition, numbered and signed by the artist.
Designed as an audacious centrepiece, Le Poulet invites art to take back its place at the table — a sculptural presence that brings a touch of uniqueness, between audacity, know-how and French elegance.

A graduate of Applied Arts and Crafts in Paris, Éric is a renowned sculptor specializing in hyperrealism. For 37 years, he was one of the lead sculptors at the Grévin Museum in Paris.
His passion for art, combined with profound technical expertise, makes him a true connoisseur and tireless experimenter in the field of sculpture.
